Thomasville, January 17, 2005 - Physicians at two Forsyth Medical Group practices in Thomasville have been recognized by the National Committee For Quality Assurance (NCQA) for delivery of quality care to patients with diabetes and/or who have cardiovascular disease or a stroke.
